We have put together a list of supplies and costs that will be needed for this year so that parents can limit the number of checks they have to write to the Booster Club. Not all of these expenses apply to everyone. Many returning students may already have a few of these supplies. Please check the applicable spaces and write one check for the total amount due. There will still be occasions that require fund collection, but this should help both parents and the Booster Club with revenue management. This form and a check can be turned in at Registration Day – August 1st.

**All students will need a pair of khaki shorts to wear with their band t-shirts at different functions throughout the year. No specific style is mandated as long as it adheres to FISD dress code.
This supply list and money should be turned in on Saturday, August 1st during our band/guard registration. All checks should be made out to Heritage Band Boosters. Payment plans can be arranged if necessary. Please contact Mr. Prasifka if you have any questions.
